In our Vendor App, we collect real-time location data from delivery agents while orders are being delivered. This information is used to:

  • Display the delivery agent’s live location to the customer via a map
  • Provide accurate delivery status and estimated arrival times
  • Assist with routing and delivery logistics
  • Location data is only collected when the delivery agent is actively fulfilling an order and the app is in use. It is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.
